We are pleased to share our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics to let our customers and all of our business partners know that integrity and respect serve as the overarching principle for how Calgon Carbon Corporation conducts its business.
This hotline provides a convenient and confidential channel to report any suspected compliance concerns and is administered independently by a third-party provider, EthicsPoint, to ensure confidentiality and anonymity, if requested by the reporter. The hotline is available 24 hours a day and allows reporters to follow-up on their reports, even if they choose to remain anonymous. This website has been designed to support Calgon Carbon Corporation compliance with the applicable data privacy and protection of requirements of the countries where Calgon Carbon operates.
In addition to the EthicsPoint portal on this website, all employees can also access the Governance Hotline to disclose (1) improper/illegal/unethical conducts in Kuraray Group where Directors and/or Officers are involved and (2) matters which could give material adverse impacts on the performance and/or reputation of the Kuraray Group.

In principle, when reporting, the reporter must disclose his/her name as well as the name of the department and company where he/she belongs to. However, the reporter may send an email without disclosing name/department/company as appropriate.
Employees are still encouraged to report any issues or concerns to their managers or through the hotline.
